End User License Agreement

FLEXEC Advisory LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ProjectFLEX^™ in accordance with this agreement. This is a license to use the software — it is not a sale of the software itself. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by FLEXEC Advisory LLC.

Each license key may be activated on a limited number of devices, matching the activation limit configured on our licensing platform for that license. This limit is enforced automatically by the license key system. You may deactivate a device to free an activation slot, subject to the platform's rules.

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law;
• redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the software;
• resell, publish, or share license keys;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent license validation or activation limits;
• remove or alter proprietary notices contained in the software.

All user-generated content — including project, portfolio, task, service management, and CMDB data — belongs to you, not to FLEXEC Advisory LLC. This data is stored locally on your device, and we claim no ownership, license, or right of access to it.

This license may be revoked if you violate these terms — for example, upon confirmed redistribution or resale of license keys, or deliberate circumvention of activation limits. Upon termination you must stop using the software and remove it from your devices. Your own data remains yours and is unaffected.

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
